Job Role: Administrative Assistant - Building Safety Team
Location: Worcester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Contract: FTC 6 month
Salary: Up to £24,250 per annum pro rata

The job Role
Working with residential property assets, the main purpose of the role is to work with the Building Safety Act team to provide support for administering Leaseholder Deed of Certificates for key clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the Building Safety Act team with activity and data tracking across the program.
- Maintaining and accurate records based on information provided by Leaseholders within a government prescribed Leaseholder Deed of Certificate.
- Contributing to the improvement of procedures in this new area of asset management.
Skills
- Previous administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- An ability to proactively manage workload and deal with the conflicting demands of a high-paced and high-pressure environment with clear deadlines.
- An understanding of current legislation, guidance, best practice relating to The Building Safety Act and leases would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite
