Renewals Administrator

Hours: 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed at interview)

Location: Hampton Hill

Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata

We are looking for an exceptional administrator to contribute to the smooth running of the department and assist the team in effectively executing administrative aspects of tenancy renewals.

Main Duties:

• Proactively monitoring upcoming renewals.
• Initiate and maintain clear communication with Landlords and Tenants about renewal, timelines, and required actions.
• Assist with ID checks, property documentation, and compliance tasks during the renewal process.
• Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with our lettings team and the department.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, maintaining smooth communication within the team and with external contacts.
• Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and accuracy and completed within required time frames.
• Maintain and develop relevant compliance legislative Knowledge
• Chasing outstanding documentation from both Landlords and Tenants to ensure the smooth process of a Renewal.
• Collaborate effectively with Lettings, Property Management, and external contractors to support a seamless renewal process.
