Job Role: Senior Programme Manager

Location:  London

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

The role

To support an ambitious and strategic growth agenda we have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Programme Manager to join our IT leadership team. This is a great job for someone who has experience in leading and delivering high-value change and transformation programmes and is keen to make an impact with one of the UK's leading property services companies.

The role will be accountable and responsible for delivering a multi-year programme to deploy a group-developed ERP platform across the UK. This role requires strategic leadership, effective programme management, and seamless coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achievement of business objectives. Travel to London and Paris is expected.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Programme Leadership: Lead and manage a programme delivery function to ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead and manage a multi-year digital transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful deployment of the EU group-developed ERP solution.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic programme plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in the UK and France, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of milestones.
  • Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, minimise disruption, and maximise adoption of the new digital solution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges and ensure program success.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning and allocation, ensuring the right talent and resources are in place to achieve the programme goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain clear and consistent communication channels, including reporting, to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and key developments to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance execution and outcomes

    Experience

  • Successful delivery of change in a sophisticated business environment, preferably gained from working within larger organisations
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills coupled with senior level influencing and relationship management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs, preferably in a complex, multi-year context.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices, with experience implementing successful digital change initiatives.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management tools), with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
