    Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

    Your Role, Your Impact

    As a Digital Learning Design & Innovation Partneryou will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the digital learning strategy to enhance capability, performance, and engagement across the business. This role combines expertise in digital learning with a focus on automation, AI, and immersive technologies (such as VR) to create scalable, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

    The role reports to the Head of Learning & Development and works collaboratively with the L&D team, the wider HR team, and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for technology-enabled learning and process improvements.

    Digital Learning and Innovation Partner 

      • Design and develop engaging digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
      • Explore and implement digital solutions leveraging AI, VR, and AR to create impactful learning content that drives employee capability at all levels.
      • Convert face-to-face content into effective online or blended solutions where required.
      • Ensure all digital content meets accessibility and usability standards.
      • Identify opportunities to automate learning processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

     Learning Platform

      • Operational management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
      • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to manage upgrades, integrations, and automation of administrative workflows.
      • Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve learner experience.

     Project Management

      • Lead or support digital learning projects from scoping through to launch, working with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
      • Manage timelines, resources, and reporting for assigned projects.
      • Pilot and scale emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learning delivery.

     Insights & Evaluation

      • Use reporting tools to demonstrate completion, attendance, and engagement with learning.
      • Monitor engagement and effectiveness through learning analytics and reporting tools.
      • Provide actionable insights to improve learning impact, efficiency, and learner experience.

     Stakeholder Management

      • Collaborate with the L&D team, wider HR team, and key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned to business needs and challenges.
      • Act as a champion for digital innovation, translating emerging technology opportunities into practical solutions.

     Skills & Experience:

      • Proven experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including eLearning, blended, and immersive experiences (VR/AR).
      • Advanced knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Vyond).
      • Proficiency in managing LMS platforms, including operational management, integrations, and automation of workflows.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
      • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, digital accessibility requirements, and emerging learning technologies.
      • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting/analytics tools.

     Desirable:

      • Experience in automation tools and AI applications to enhance learning and operational processes.
      • Experience in data visualisation (e.g., Power BI) and leveraging learning analytics to drive insights.
      • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
      • Coding or scripting knowledge for automation (e.g., Python, Power Automate).
      • Experience implementing change management or digital adoption initiatives.
