Your Role, Your Impact
As a Safety Assurance Administrator, you will support the internal Safety Assurance Business partners by providing administrative support to the team who are managing  fire safety, health & safety and building safety. 
This role will be responsible for covering administrative duties across numerous aspects of Safety Assurance, ensuring all internal data systems are kept up to date.
You will report to the Senior Safety Assurance business Partner 
This will require an ability to manage your own workload through excellent time management and administrative skills, whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide a proactive, comprehensive and professional administrative coordination support for the Building Safety manager duties
 
    - Verify accuracy of data held within our asset database, updating records where applicable
 
    - Produce ad hoc reports to enable data analysis from the internal data systems
 
    - Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure all updates and data are recorded accurately and updated frequently
 
    - Update various excel spreadsheets following updates received
 
    - Liaise with internal and external teams to gain updates on various Safety Assurance matters and concerns.
 
    - update external databases with specific updates around assurance ( fire service portal) 
 
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential
    - Experience of inputting data into systems and maintaining high data integrity
 
    - Ability to analyse basic data and produce appropriate reporting
 
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
    - Familiar with Microsoft Office programs and database applications
 
    - Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
 
    - Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology
 
    - Ability to work under pressure resilient, able to prioritise and manage time effectively
 
Desirable
    - At least one years’ experience working in a admin role
 
    - An understanding of Property Management sector
