Job Role: Asset Portfolio Administrator

Location: Worcester

Hours: 35 Hours - Monday to Friday

  • Delivering an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders, you will undertake varying administrative duties associated with property asset management.
  • Processing property transfers and dealing with legal documents, reviewing and administering consent applications, acquiring a sound understanding of lease extensions and enfranchisements.
  • Support dedicated teams, to provide a professional and efficient first point of contact for customers' and solicitor enquiries including but not limited to ground rent charges, sub-letting, managing agent disputes, insurance charges and Leasehold Reform Act.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration of property transfers and re-mortgages
  • Administration of consent applications
  • Providing first point of contact for Customer and Solicitor enquires (written and verbal)
  • Liaising with Residential Management Companies, leaseholders, Solicitors & clients as necessary
  • Build relationships with Asset Managers & provide assistance on technical and complex queries
  • Liaise with Asset Managers
  • Ensure covenants of the Registered Lease are complied with.
  • Ensure all fees and documentation are dealt with in accordance with policy guidelines.
  • Ensure all Leasehold Reform Act enquires are redirected to the appropriate team within Mainstay in a timely manner.
  • To prioritise and action own workload.
  • Ad-hoc duties as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Experience of communicating with external and internal customers.
  • Logical thinker/problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability
  • To embrace the Company's values
  • Previous experience within the property industry (desirable)
